We're right in the middle of BBQ season - and it's high time I give a big shout out to Sunny at BBQ Outlet. They have high end grills, equipment and accessories. They feature Fire Magic, Twin Eagles and Blaze Grills. I researched them all; these are top quality units that will not disappoint. I have a FireMagic grill, and I have cooked on three friends Twin Eagles grills. A few years ago I ordered my Evo Grill from them, and recently a Blaze Kamado with several drawer and door combinations. Everything has performed exceptionally. The quality is there - so let's cover price and service. I researched many Kamado's and made several trips to take a look before purchasing. When it came to the Blaze I called Sunny, he didn't have one at the Orange location, but he had one delivered the next day from their Corona location for me to look at. He has been extremely accommodating regarding getting the accessories and handle styles I requested. Delivery has been on time and items were brought all the way to the back yard with a smile. Sunny keeps records of your purchases and can help you coordinate items - in addition he see what you've spent there and genuinely appreciates your business. Price - I bring the best price I can find on the internet and Sunny always meets or beats it. Never a problem. In fact, on a few items he even threw in a few discounts on accessories that were outstanding. I've built my own islands - so I don't have any experience there, but I have purchased some fire pit glass the was as good a deal as anywhere. This is there smaller location - not a lot of showroom space, also he doesn't have a lot of smoker items if that's where your interests lie.

We had our bbq island made by bbq outlet and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Ash was super helpful from the very beginning in helping us design our island. He was always available to answer any questions and make changes to the design, and as most people do, even after shopping around and finding a lower price, he was able to price match and even offer us better items than we would have received. They were in contact with us through the Entire process and once the island was delivered the guys who set it up and finished the tile work were professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the final product and glad we went with bbq outlet!

I highly recommend everyone to visit and check with Sunny at BBQ Outlet then shop around. I was thinking of getting BBQ island for my back yard and I called many places and got many quotas, Sunny offered me the best price and the best service, he promised me 3 weeks but finished the project within 2 weeks. Sunny Singh was very helpful throughout our process. He was patient while we viewed the full spectrum of equipment, from entry level to the best stuff. He helped us put together a package with emphasis on quality where it counted (the grill and burners) and efficiency elsewhere (drawers, etc.). We ended up purchasing all of our equipment (grill, burner, drawers, refrigerator) from him and he worked with us on deliveries and accommodating our construction schedule.

Sunny helped me out just over a year ago on a fire pit burner I found online. I had my brother in law pick it up and was easily installed. A month ago I called on Sunny again to equip our new outdoor kitchen. Had two custom bbq islands built & installed from BBQ Outlet. Although the price increased by $6k by going with natural stone we are very satisfied with the end product. I went here in interest of what kind of BBQ grills they have as an option and what they offer as I like things to be visual. It's on that right hand plaza next to an Italian restaurant. The owner here as I hear many reference as Sunny is knowledgeable and provided an answer to my questions. As I looked around I witnessed him helping out a lady who came in interest. She was to the point type of person and came off abrasive but Sunny was gentle and kind offering solutions and options with no intent to rush her interest in making a decision to purchase. I heard him provide realistic time frame on the product of her interest. Considering His main warehouse is in Corona, CA as the shop here has a variety of BBQ brands and options. I did hear Sunny say that He carried over 20 brands so if your looking for a BBQ Grill or even a customized outdoor setup for your home I experienced the option to customize to the specs that would fit my idea of space. Thank you for your help and knowing you remain the same with other customers helps me make a comfortable decision on who to go with. Staff here we're accommodating offering water as it was a warm and humid day. Tim Kennan was knowledgeable in what to expect during the whole process of installation. Kyle was extremely helpful in providing additional details of other products I had questions for when Sunny allowed me to look around and the customer walked in. Luke who put together the specs, and what it could look like was open to hearing and tailoring to customize the way I would like my outdoor kitchen to appear. I highly recommend everyone who is looking into purchasing a BBQ or get a custom BBQ island to visit this place. Sunny is an amazing retailer for all the top brands and at very reasonable prices. He not only helped us pick all the proper components to our BBQ island but was very helpful and responsive with our requests. Even things that did not fit probably based on our poor judgment he was flexible and helped us figure the correct pieces. Even after we received our components he was very accessible and helpful and responded to whatever things we needed to change. My husband looked for the best pricing all over, not only in So Cal. but also in other states and Sunny was local and had the best pricing. He was a great person to work with. Not only does he carry all the great BBQ components and brand names but he also makes custom BBQ islands and firepits. We plan to use him for our future custom fire pit and he was very reasonable with pricing and to make it exactly what we wanted.

I bought a grill from Amazon and it showed up damaged, and I needed to immediately find the exact model from a local store to complete my patio project in time to host a big party. The BBQ Outlet not only had the grill that I needed in-stock, but it was the same price as Amazon, and since this store always uses pallets during shipping, the grill was in perfect condition. So, do you want to get a nice grill in-stock today for the same price as Amazon or would you rather wait a few days and roll the dice on whether UPS/FedEx will mishandle your shipment, and then have to deal with the hassle of returning and replacing it? Having been down both roads, I'd much rather buy from a local shop like this. Good selection of high quality products that are in-stock, and Sunny might be one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He wasn't pushy at all as he offered suggestions and options to make sure that I would be satisfied with my purchase. I only wish there were more stores like this!

I bought a Delta Heat grill from BBQ Outlet after looking at several other stores. BBQ Outlet's prices were by far the best. My landscape contractor was building a BBQ island in my backyard. The grill was installed by my landscape contractor. I also went to Sonny to make me a custom fireplace gas burner for the new built-in fireplace. It was built properly and to my exact specifications, at a very reasonable price. This sort of custom burner was not even available from some of the bigger stores in town. Sonny also had the best deal in town for the glass rocks. If you are expecting VIP installation service on a very short time schedule, you are unlikely to find ANY BBQ store that will be perfect. On the other hand, if you need quality stainless steel products for a quality price, especially if you are having a contractor do the install, then look no further. This is the best deal in town. Everything I bought looks great and works properly.

Was looking for a replacement BBQ for a very old unit in an old brick built in for my backyard. Multiple places looked at what I had and their answer was a model that would require me to cut the brick and do modifications to what I had in place. Walked into BBQ Outlet, showed them a picture of what I had, in 30 seconds he told me exactly what brand this was and what model would fit in there exactly. Said he had one in stock, they would deliver and his price was way below any place on the internet I found (was busy googling it while he wrote up the order to confirm). Even delivering 30 miles away for Free. Extremely friendly. My only recommendation is do your research elsewhere and go here to buy. Only reason is this location is small and you won't be able to browse. However, I do understand their Corona location is more of a showroom. Definitely will be back when I need something else

Conveniently located off of the 55 freeway, BBQOUTLET offers a wide variety of premium grills, patio furniture, fireplaces, fire pits and other great backyard additions. They deal with a mass amount of contractors from all over California and the rest of the U.S. Search around all you want for other store fronts but when it comes down to it they also have the best prices by a landslide. Other stores will try and sell you on a particular grill that will make the salesman more money, BBQOUTLET won't. Their friendly staff will help point you in the direction that is best for your situation, not the the direction that benefits them. They really do try to help you get the backyard addition you want at a price you can afford!

I went to both locations Orange and corona. Customer satisfaction is what they strive for. I met Sunny at the Orange location and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out my outdoor kitchen set up. I am happy to say that we purchased all of our outdoor kitchen appliances and extras from the Orange location. I want to thank Sunny for building our BBQ island and Fire Pit. We honestly love what he did for us. Sunny built 2 BBQ's on the island, one is the American BBQ and the other one is the Armenian BBQ. Tim Kennan was very helpful throughout the whole process of my bbq project. Tim explained everything I needed to know about my outdoor kitchen and helped me design my layout. He was very helpful with giving my wife and I suggestions on colors for stucco and counter top. Tim came down to my house to take measurements and make sure the design of the outdoor kitchen will fit in my backyard where I planned to have it. I highly recommend Tim to help you customize your outdoor kitchen.

We have had great experiences working with BBQ Outlet on multiple occasions. They have always been very helpful & willing to provide good pricing on a nice selection. They can also build & install custom stainless steel built in frames. We got our Royal grill, drawers, doors & fridge for our home built-in BBQ & everything has worked great for over 4 years. As an Outdoor Living Contractor we have also used BBQ Outlet for multiple clients & they have always provided solid service.

I decided to search for a local retailer when buying a Big Green Egg on my way out the door to something something galore and wow am I glad that I did. They had a great package deal that included 4-5 extras for the cost of just the grill elsewhere. It was a no brainer. I just got a Twin Eagle BBQ from Sunny. At fist, the item would not be delivered on the date that I expected. However, after a phone call, Sunny understood the urgent & the importance of getting the unit in time, he then, personally, drove to the manufacture picking the unit & delivered it to my home the next afternoon.
